As you begin the planning process for you new building, it is wise to develop a general

tentative schedule for accomplishing the project at hand. The R. Messner team can contribute

valuable schedule-related process information that will help your church create a realistic

overall project schedule. In addition, we provide our clients with our Owner’s Architectural

Checklist, which is a comprehensive process guideline.

 

It is important to note that some parts of the project schedule/process may be undefined

until local submittal requirements/timelines (site and/or building) are determined. Therefore,

it is to your benefit to hire your design/building consultants as early as possible. The main
