As you begin contemplating the vision that the Lord has given you regarding your new building, it is essential to develop a list of needs/wants (program) for the components that will be a part of the new building(s) and overall masterplan. The R. Messner Design Team will use this specific list of needs/wants to help formulate a functional floorplan that is relevant to the overall masterplan by analyzing and considering the square footage requirements and placement/relationship requirements of each desired ministry area. We will also be able to determine whether the square footage needed for your list of needs/wants lines up with the budget, which may ultimately dictate the Phase-1 building square footage and future phasing options.
