This contemporary brick and Dryvit phase-one building is truly

a modern-day version of the traditional L-shaped layout frequently

used in decades past. The pre-fabricated metal building structure

allowed for cost-efficiency while the exterior finishes minimized the

appearance of metal. The 700-seat sanctuary was designed primarily

as a theater and incorporates the most technologically advanced

equipment. The audiovisual systems include surround-sound audio,

automated theatrical lighting and rear projection video screens. An

extensive commercial kitchen, generous fellowship space and

strategically planned backstage areas were all designed to help

support Park Place's theatrical and evangelism ministries, which

reach over 6,000 people each year.
