When Joyce Meyer Ministries was called to build a new headquarters

and office complex, they turned to R. Messner Construction to ensure

their facility would be an effective base for their worldwide evangelical

missions. Encompassing 148,000 square feet, this leading-edge complex

fulfills a wide variety of functions. To serve the broadcast ministry, it

features a full TV studio, audio recording studio and editing suites.

The facility includes a 35,000-square-foot distribution center with

motorized loading docks, 400 computer /phone-data workstations,

and a 400-seat chapel. To efficiently manage a structure of this size,

an energy management system, a state-of-the-art security system

and a generator back-up system were integrated into the design.
