rmessner@rmessner.com In 1990, Richard Messner established R. Messner Construction Co., Inc. in Wichita, Kansas, continuing a family tradition of which he has been a part since age 14. With 27 years' experience in church design, Messner has worked both on the construction site and in project management. He also earned a degree in music piano performance, a special asset in today's realm of progressive church design and audiovisual technology. He and his wife are currently bus evangelism ministers at their home church, Andover Assembly of God. The Messners consider their work in church design and construction a unique ministry in the field of church growth and evangelism. This special calling, the heart of their company, is called Soul-Winning: by Design.
